I don't have a 3D file. Can you create a design?

Yes! Describe your idea in the email with as much detail as possible (reference photos, sketches, dimensions) and we can create the 3D model for you. This service may incur an additional cost which will be included in the quote.

What is the maximum size I can print?

It depends on the available equipment. Generally, we can print parts up to 30x32x32.5cm. For larger projects, we can divide them into interlocking parts. Contact us for your specific case.

How long does production take?

The lead time varies depending on complexity, size, and quantity. Simple projects can be ready in 2-5 business days, while more complex parts may take 1-2 weeks. The exact lead time will be provided in the quote.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Mainland Portugal and to the 26 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping costs and times vary by destination and will be included in the final quote.

Can I request changes after receiving the quote?

Of course! We are available to adjust the project as needed before starting production. Communication is key to ensuring the final result meets your expectations.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, and other common 3D modeling formats. If you have doubts about your file, send it and we will check compatibility.
