Are the products handmade or mass-produced?
Each piece is individually produced using 3D printing, which allows us to maintain rigorous quality control and offer customization options.
Can I customize a product (color, size, engraving)?
Yes! Most of our products are available in various colors and finishes. For special customizations, customize here.
What materials are used in Wemani products?
We use high-quality premium materials, selected for their strength, durability, and aesthetic finish. Each material is chosen to meet the specific needs of each product — ensuring that the final result exceeds your expectations, whatever the use.
Orders and Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, Multibanco, and PayPal, among other secure payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order confirmation. As our products are made to order, production can begin immediately after confirmation.
⚠️ After this period, we do not guarantee the possibility of alteration or cancellation. If the order is already in production, a refund will not be possible.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing the purchase with all the order details.
Shipping and Deliveries
What is the delivery time in Portugal?
The delivery time in mainland Portugal is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Do you ship to other European countries?
Yes, we ship to several European countries. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery in real-time.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping to mainland Portugal and the EU is free for orders above a certain value. See details in the shipping policy.
Returns
What is the returns policy?
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the product, provided it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Read our full returns policy.
What can I do if the product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photographs of the product and packaging. After analysis, we will proceed with a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.
How long do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days after receipt to initiate the return process. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, except in case of manufacturing defect.
