Yes. We guarantee the print quality and materials of all our items. In case of defect or damage during transport, contact us at wemani.labs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the problem. We analyse each case and offer a reshipment or refund.

All items are made to order in 1 to 5 business days. After dispatch: Mainland Portugal 1 to 3 business days, European Union 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched.
