What's covered
- Printing defects (layers, deformations, structural failures)
- Items damaged during transport
- Item different from the one ordered
How to complain
Send an email to wemani.labs@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp (+351 934 210 210) within 48 hours of receipt, with:
- Order number
- Photos of the defect
We analyze each case individually and offer reshipment or refund as applicable.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by misuse or drops
- Normal wear and tear of the product
- Alterations made by the customer after receipt
