What's covered

  • Printing defects (layers, deformations, structural failures)
  • Items damaged during transport
  • Item different from the one ordered

How to complain

Send an email to wemani.labs@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp (+351 934 210 210) within 48 hours of receipt, with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the defect

We analyze each case individually and offer reshipment or refund as applicable.

What's not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse or drops
  • Normal wear and tear of the product
  • Alterations made by the customer after receipt
